Notice of Dissolution and Request for Claims On December 31, 2025, Harmony Homes Inc, a Wisconsin corporation (the "Corporation"), was dissolved. Each person with a claim, whether known or unknown, against the Corporation, its board of directors, officers or its shareholder, in their capacities as such, is requested to present such claim in writing to the Corporation setting forth the name of the claimant, the nature and amount of the claim and the date of occurrence of the claim. Such claims may be mailed to Bret A. Roge, Esq., c/o Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, 790 North Water Street, Suite 2500, Milwaukee, WI 53202-3509. A claim against the Corporation, its board of directors, officers or its shareholder is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is brought within two years after the publication date of this notice.
