Notice of Dissolution of Adventure Academy, LLC Notice is hereby given that Adventure Academy, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (the "Company"), has been voluntarily dissolved in accordance with the Indiana Business Flexibility Act, as amended. Any person or entity having a claim against the Company must file a written claim at the Company's principal office located at 8383 Craig Street, Suite 210, Indianapolis, Indiana 46250, Attention: Lisa Gross. Such notice must include the name and address of the person or entity making the claim, the amount of the claim, the basis for the claim, and any other pertinent information concerning the claim.
