Notice is hereby given that ESC Property Sales, Inc., an Indiana corporation (the "Corporation"), has been voluntarily dissolved in accordance with the Indiana Business Corporation Law, as amended. Any person or entity having a claim against the Corporation must file a written claim at the Corporation's principal office located at 16183 Wellington Parkway, Granger, Indiana 46530, Attention: Secretary. Such notice must include the name and address of the person or entity making the claim, the amount of the claim, the basis for the claim, and any other pertinent information concerning the claim.
