Notice of Dissolution of Manufacturing Services, Inc. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Articles of Dissolution of Manufacturing Services, Inc. (the "Corporation"), a North Carolina corporation, were filed in the Office of the Secretary of State of North Carolina, on the 31st dayof January, 2026, and that all creditors of and claimants against the Corporationare required to present their respective claims and demands immediately in writing to the Corporation, so that it can proceed to collect its assets, convey, and dispose of its properties, pay, satisfy, and discharge its liabilities and obligations, and to do all other acts required to liquidate its businesss and affairs. With respect to all claims, please take notice of the following: 1. Claims must be in writing and include the name of the claimant, the amount of the claim, and a short summary of the basis for the claim. 2. Claims must be mailed to the Corporation at 725 E. Maine Avenue, Bessemer City, NC 28016. 3.
