MCMASTER granting Plaintiff's Petition for Leave to Make Substitute Service, hereby gives Notice to Defendant, GERALD GREGG, a/k/a JERRY GREGG, that the following documents have been filed: Divorce Complaint, originally filed on August 14, 2025 and amended on August 15, 2025 and reinstated on February 5, 2026, and Plaintiff's Affidavit Under Section 3301(d) of the Divorce Code, filed on January 12, 2026. If Defendant wishes to deny any of the statements set forth in Plaintiff's Affidavit Under Section 3301(d), he must file a counter-affidavit within twenty (20) days after the Affidavit has been served on you or the statements will be admitted. NOTICE If you wish to defend, you must enter a written appearance personally or by attorney and file your defenses or objections in writing with the court.
