Notice of Evidentiary Hearing
This notice solely pertains to parcel ID: 214095, located at the end of N Poplar Street, Dallas, NC 20834. The Town of Dallas Board of Adjustment will hold a quasi-judicial hearing on Thursday, March 19th, 2026 at 6:30 pm in the Fire Department Community Room, located at 209 W. Main Street, Dallas, NC 28034. This hearing will be held for Variance request, V-2026-03, by property owner Joseph Flowers. This property is in the R-6 (Residential-6) zoning district, and requires 60-foot of road frontage. This Variance application is seeking relief from the Town of Dallas Zoning Ordinance Chapter 153 Appendix A: Yard and Height Requirements, and is asking for a 20-foot road frontage Variance. All interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend.
