On July 12, 2023, Boone County, Iowa, assigned the Certificate of Purchase at Tax Sale No. 19502 to Dennis Dean Kraft. You are further notified that unless redemption is made by you within ninety (90) days after completion of service of this Notice that your right of redemption will expire and a Tax Deed will be issued to Joshua Peterson by the Treasurer of Boone County, Iowa, thereby relinquishing all your right, title and interest in the above described real estate. Note: Do not contact the purchaser at the tax sale, or the assignee of the Certificate of Purchase at Tax Sale or its attorney in order to arrange for payment of the amounts necessary to redeem this property.
