In accordance with Iowa Code §447.9, you and each of you are hereby notified that at the regular tax sale held on June 17, 2019, at the Boone County Courthouse in the City of Boone, Iowa, held for the purpose of selling certain real estate upon which taxes were delinquent, the following real estate, situated in Boone County, Iowa, to wit:
Lot Five (5) in Southeast Quarter (1/4) of Southeast Quarter (1/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Eighty-four (84), Range Twenty-seven (27), West of the 5th P.M., Boone County, Iowa,
was sold to Boone County, Iowa as provided by the Code of Iowa for delinquent taxes for prior years, and that the County Treasurer of Boone County, Iowa, did thereupon issue to Boone County, Iowa, a Certificate of Purchase at Tax Sale No. 19502. On July 12, 2023, Boone County, Iowa, assigned the Certificate of Purchase at Tax Sale No. 19502 to Dennis Dean Kraft.
You are further notified that unless redemption is made by you within ninety (90) days after completion of service of this Notice that your right of redemption will expire and a Tax Deed will be issued to Joshua Peterson by the Treasurer of Boone County, Iowa, thereby relinquishing all your right, title and interest in the above described real estate.
Note: Do not contact the purchaser at the tax sale, or the assignee of the Certificate of Purchase at Tax Sale or its attorney in order to arrange for payment of the amounts necessary to redeem this property. The only means by which you may redeem this property is through payment of the amounts due through the Boone County Treasurer, Boone County Courthouse, Boone, Iowa.
