Notice is hereby given that the John Kelly has filed with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State of Arkansas an application to transfer the location of a retail liquor, beer off premises, and sampling: beer, wine, & spirits permit from:109 West Main Street-Ozark, Frankin County to:4256 Hwy 22-Charleston,Franklin County.Said application was filed on April 3, 2026. The undersigned states that he/she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; that he/she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within five (5) years last past; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this State, or any other State,relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
