Notice of Foreclosure Pursuant to NRS 108.550, this Notice of Foreclosure is being posted in Washoe County, Nevada where the horse known as Dagobert (USEF Registration #4993862), an approximately 18hh Dark Bay Hanoverian gelding horse with one sock on his right hind leg resides. The Notice of Foreclosure is pursuant to a statutory Agistor Lien authorized under Nevada law for non-payment of board and other expenses associated with the horse known as Dagobert. The Agistor Lien as of June 6, 2026 amounts to $56,989.97 consisting of 36 months of board and expenses covered by the lien holder. It is the intention of the lienholder, Isabella Peek, to foreclose on the Agistor Lien described above. The name of the purported owner of the horse known as Dagobert is Dawn Ullrich whose last known address is 716 Riverside Dr., Tarpon Springs, FL, 34689. Pursuant to NRS 106.550(b)(5) unless the amount of the lien is paid on June 20, 2026, the horse will be sold at public auction at 19880 Heater Lane, Reno, NV 89521.
