NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion To Re-Schedule Foreclosure Sale and which Order was entered on September 25, 2025, and entered in Case No. 50-2024-CA-006156-XXXA-MB in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit In And For Palm Beach County, Florida wherein DAHLIA FORBES, AS TRUSTEE OF THE DAHLIA FORBES LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 7, 1999 is the Plaintiff and Paul Works is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.palmbeach.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auction at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th day of November 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

which have the respective addresses of:
PARCEL 1: 1029 N Congress Ave, West Palm Beach, Florida 33409; and
PARCEL 2: 1033 N Congress Ave, West Palm Beach, Florida 33409.
