NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of April, 2026, and entered in Case No. 502025CA010022XXXAMB of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, where, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff, and JOSUE MEDARDO RUIZ REYES; STORM SHIELD CONSTRUCTION, INC., D/B/A STORM SHIELD ROOFING & WINDOWS; PALM CLUB HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE PALM CLUB VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE PALM CLUB VILLAGE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A MARIA REYES, are Defendants. MIKE CARUSO, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of May, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
