PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on March 13, 2026 in the amount of $170,288.05 the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:
TIME:
June 23, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
TERMS:
Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten days after the court's confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold 'as is' and subject to all liens and encumbrances. Bids made after the Plaintiff's opening bid will be accepted in $100.00 increments only.

The West seventy-five (75) feet of that part of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of Section twenty-five (25), Township twenty-eight (28) North, Range seven (7) East, in the Village of Rothschild, Marathon County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at a point 375 feet South and 1033 feet and 9 1/2 inches West of the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 which point is on the South line of Becker Street at the point where said Becker Street will intersect with Frances Street when Frances Street has been extended, or commonly described as the Southeast corner of Frances and Becker Streets in the Village of Rothschild; thence running South on a line parallel with the East line of said forty, on and along the East line of Frances Street as extended, 150 feet; thence East, on a line parallel with the South line of Becker Street, 146 feet; thence North, on a line parallel with the East line of Frances Street as extended, 150 feet to the South line of Becker Street; and thence West, on and along the South line of Becker Street; 146 feet to the place of beginning.
