NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025 13049 CICI of the Circuit Court, Seventh Judicial Circuit, in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein Reliance Loan Funding, LLC is the Plaintiff and The Center for Investments, LLC and the Uknown Party in Possession of 135 Orange Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114 are the defendants, that Laura E. Roth, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Volusia County, will sell to the highest bidder for cash by ELECTRONIC SALE AT: https://www.volusia.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on June 12, 2026, the following described property as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
The East 10 feet of Lots 1 and 2; Lot 3 except the East 30 feet of the South 58. 7 feet; and the West 20 feet of Lot 11, Balcom's Subdivision in Lots 4, 5 and 6 Block 4, Hodgman's Daytona, according to the plat thereof recorded in Map Book 1, Page 102, of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida.
