Notice of Forfeiture By Publication This Notice of Forfeiture under Ohio Revised Code §5301.332 is hereby given to Geopetro, LLC, Big Sky Energy, Inc., EAP Ohio, LLC, and EOG Resources, Inc. (the "Lessees"), and their successors and assigns, for the Lease executed by Joseph Marion and Betty Sue Marion, husband and wife, to G. R Stocker, dated September 23, 1964, and recorded December 2, 1964, in Volume 54, Page 888 of the Guernsey County Recorder's Office. Description of the land covered by the Leases: The certain tracts of land situated in Section Number 16, Township of Spencer, County of Guernsey, and State of Ohio, being Parcel Nos.: Parcel No. 36-0000138.014 (10.345 acres) and; 36-0000138.015 (13.61 acres) and; 36-0000138.027 (7.682 acres). The general description of the land covered by the Lease: 157 acres in Section 16, Spencer Township, Guernsey County, Ohio (Lease Volume 54, Page 888 of the Guernsey County Recorder's Records) Cause of Forfeiture: The primary term of the Lease has expired and there are no producing or drilling of oil and gas wells or any attempt to commence production or the drilling of oil and gas wells on the leased acreage. Intent of the Lessors: Please be advised that Helen Curtice, the current owner of the above identified parcels by virtue of instrument recorded at OR Volume 607, Page 4842 of the Guernsey County Recorder's Office is the successor Lessor of the above-referenced Lease. Please be advised that Helen Curtice, of 1520 S. Linden Ave, Alliance, OH 44601, intends to file for record with the Guernsey County Recorder's Office an Affidavit of Forfeiture pertaining to the Lease if GeoPetro, LLC, Big Sky Energy, Inc., EAP Ohio, LLC and EOG Resources, Inc. do not have the Lease released of record within 30 days from the date of this publication.
