Notice of Funding Application
SBP Parkwood Place, LLC is applying for PRIME4 funding and 4% Low Income Tax Credits to be allocated by the Louisiana Housing Corporation, to finance a new construction development to be located at various addresses along Superbowl Drive, Brees Drive, Saints Circle, and Fleur De Lis Drive in Houma, LA. On award of funding, a To-Be-Formed limited partnership will be formed to develop, own and manage up to 90 apartments.
This multi-family residential development, known as Parkwood Place, will be comprised of a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom duplexes and single-family homes, as well as leasing/management office and community amenity space available to all residents. Site amenities and off-street parking will also be included. All the apartments will qualify for Tax Credits.
The estimated total development cost of +/-$33,200,000 will be funded by approximately: $11,150,000 in 4% Tax Credit equity, $3,950,000 in a first mortgage loan, $150,000 in deferred developer fee, and $17,950,000 in various grants and soft second debt.
