Sumner, filed with this Court an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Carol Jean Henderson, deceased, bearing the date of October 26th, 2021, and there was also filed in said Court the Petition of Jesse L. Sumner praying that the Will be admitted to Probate and that Letters Testamentary be issued to Jesse L. Sumner as personal representative of the estate without the requirement of bond, as provided in the Will and that the Court determine that there are no known heirs, and Jesse L. Sumner and Tamara L. Hill are the only devisees, and legatees of Carol Jean Henderson, deceased. Pursuant to an Order of this Court the matter has been set for hearing on the 2nd day of February, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., before the Probate Judge of the District Court of Washington County at Bartlesville, Oklahoma, when and where any person interested in the said estate may appear and contest said Petition by filing written opposition thereto or may assert his or her own rights to the administration and pray for the letters to be issued to them or contest the will being admitted into probate, or contest that the Petitioner be appointed without bond.
