Notice of Hearing Petition for Appointment of Administrator and for Determination of Identity of Heirs NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estates of Clyde Bowman and Emma Bowman, deceased, that on the 9th day of September, 2025, Clydeen Lowman filed in the District Court of Osage County, Oklahoma, a Petition praying for Appointment as Administrator of the Estates of Clyde Bowman and Emma Bowman, that Letters of Administration be issued to the said Clydeen Lowman, and that the identities of heirs be determined. NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the 6th day of October, 2025, at the hour of 8:30 o'clock a.m., of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition at the District Court room in the Courthouse in the City of Pawhuska, County of Osage, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear.
