Notice of Hearing On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, in Marion Superior Court 8 at 675 Justice Way, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Marion Superior Court has scheduled a hearing in case number 49D08-2509-ES-043172, to determine whether Benjamen W. Murphy should be appointed Special Administrator for the Supervised Estate of Lawrence Oberding, Deceased, for the sole purpose of pursuing a Marion County civil claim involving the Decedent. Any persons having objections to the appointment of Benjamen W. Murphy, or any persons requesting an alternate Special Administrator be appointed, must file their written objections with the Marion Superior Court by November 4, 2025. If no objections to this appointment, and no requests for an alternate Special Administrator, are filed by that date, the Marion Superior Court will vacate the hearing date, grant Benjamen W.
