Notice of Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Marissa DiStasio has filed a Variance Approval C application with the Board of Adjustment on the premises known as 34 Sandra Lane, Tax Map Block 141, Lot 30, Randolph, NJ. It is proposed that the property in question be modified to construct a renovation including a master bedroom addition to the rear of their home requiring the following variances of a rear setback of 42.4 feet where 50 feet is required and any other variances which may be required. A hearing on this application has been set by the Board for November 13, 2025 at 7:30 PM, Board of Adjustment, in the Municipal Building, Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ, at which time you or any interested party, as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4, may appear and be heard either in person or by agent or attorney at the hearing of this appeal. Copies of the documents submitted with the application are on file at the above-stated Municipal Building for public inspection between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
