HASKELL, Deceased NOTICE is hereby given that MARY ELLEN AZEVEDO has filed in this Court a Verified Petition for Issuance of Letters of Administration with Full Authority under the Independent Administration of Estates Act; and for Summary Administration, and a hearing has been set for Monday, December 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at the courthouse of the above-entitled court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to apepar and show cause why the Petition should not be granted. The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Nevada Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain acts, the Administrator will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they waive notice or have consented to the proposed action.
