NOTICE OF HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the City of Bridgeton Zoning and Land Development Ordinance, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned with the City of Bridgeton Planning Board for a waiver of site plan review and for change of use approval and any and all other variances or waivers the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion and without further public notice, in order to allow the undersigned Applicant to establish, operate and maintain a new fast-casual restaurant within the existing commercial building on the property shown as Lot 3 in Block 80 on the City of Bridgeton Tax Map, which property is located at 59-61 E. Commerce Street in the City of Bridgeton, Cumberland County, New Jersey.
Public hearing before the City of Bridgeton Planning Board on the above-mentioned application has been scheduled for March 11, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the City of Bridgeton Municipal Court Complex, 330 Fayette Street, Bridgeton, NJ 08302, at which time and place any interested party (as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4) will have an opportunity to be heard.
All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public during regular business hours in the office of the Planning Board located at the Bridgeton Tourist Center, 50 E. Broad Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey 08302. You may make arrangements to view the plans by contacting the Planning Board Secretary at (856) 451-3407 ext. 2. Please take further notice that the Board may, in its discretion, adjourn, postpone or continue said hearing from time to time and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Office of the Planning Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
