DOOLEY, aka TIMOTHY DOOLEY, Deceased NOTICE is hereby given that SABINA HATHAWAY has filed in this Court a Petition for Issuance of Letters of Administration with Full Authority under the Independent Administration of Estates Act; and for Summary Administration, and a hearing has been set for Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 1:30 PM, at the courthouse of the above-entitled court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted. The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Nevada Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain acts, the Administrator will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they waive notice or have consented to the proposed action.
