PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of the Township of Middletown for a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance so as to: construct a detached 2-car garage; and renovate the existing principal dwelling.
This will require the following variance(s):
540-902C Maximum Building Height 28' permitted; 26.5' exists; 34' proposed (D Variance)540-902C Maximum Building Coverage 20% permitted; 20.1% exists; 24.35% proposed;540-902C Maximum Lot Coverage 25% permitted; 33.29% exists; 30.2% proposed;540-902C Minimum Accessory Structure Front Yard Setback 40' required; 35' proposed;540-508G Accessory structure located in the established front yard; and540-902C Minimum Accessory Structure Side Yard Setback 10' required; 2.4' proposed.
and any and all variances necessary to accommodate the application as filed or as revised by the Zoning Board for premises located at: 27 Burlington Avenue, Leonardo, NJ 07737 Also known as Block 401, Lot 3 on the tax map.
A copy of the application has been filed in the Department of Planning, Zoning and Community Development and may be inspected during regular business hours.
A public hearing has been rescheduled for Thursday evening, the 19th day of March, 2026 at 5:00 PM in Town Hall, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown at which time you may appear either in person or by agent or attorney and present any objections which you may have to granting this application.
