No.: I IN THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF CARSON CITY, STATE OF NEVADA In the Matter of the Estate of: LILLIAN PARTOS, Deceased NOTICE is hereby given that FELICIA DENNEY and GWYNNE PARTOS have filed in this Court a Verified Petition for Issuance of Letters of Administration with Full Authority Pursuant to the Independent Administration of Estates Act; and for General Administration of Estate, and a hearing has been set for Monday, June 29, 2026 at 8:30 AM, at the courthouse of the above-entitled court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted. The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Nevada Independent Admnistration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the Estate. However, before taking certain acts, the Personal Representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless he/she/they waive notice or have consented to the proposed action.
