Notice of Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Brian Toeppen of NorCal Fiduciary, by and through counsel Gregory Morrison of Morrison Law, PLLC, has filed a Petition for Ancillary General Administration, for Appointment of Personal Representative, and for Issuance of Letters of Administration in the above captioned case, and has set the matter for hearing on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., in the Probate Court, Washoe County Courthouse, Reno, NV. This hearing will be conducted by conference call only.
