NOTICE OF HEARING AMENDED RETURN OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY Notice is given that on the 19th day of August 2025, Holmes Fuller, Co-Guardian of the Person and Property of LF, an incapacitated adult, filed herein his Amended Return of Sale of real property and requested a hearing thereon. The Return of Sale described the following property and stated that it was sold to Michael L. Kastnings and Tina L. Kastnings, husband and wife, for the sum of $50,000.00 in cash: Lot Ten (10) of INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION to Pawhuska, Osage County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof (commonly known as 2020 Lynn Avenue, Pawhuska, Oklahoma)(the "Property"). Notice is further given that the 18th day of September 2025, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. in the courtroom of the undersigned Judge in the District Court of Oklahoma County in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has been fixed for hearing the request to confirm the Return, at which time any person interested in the estate may appear and file exceptions in writing to said Return and contest the same, and are hereby referred to the Return for further particulars.
