Notice of Hearing on Application ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TOWNSHIP OF VOORHEES PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that you are hereby notified that the undersigned has filed an application for development with the Zoning Board of Adjustment for "c" (bulk) variances or other relief from the ULDO as follows: Section 150.013(A)(7)(d) where the minimum side yard setback for shed between 150-200 square feet is 15', and the existing shed is only 11.25' from the side property line; and Section 150.013(A)(7)(e) where the maximum number of sheds permitted is two and the total floor area of all sheds shall not exceed 200 square feet, and the existing shed is 207 square feet; and Section 150.012(B)(1) where the required setback for walkways is 5' from the side property line, and the existing walkway is only 4'; and Seeking any and all other variances, waivers and/or other relief as may be deemed necessary by the Board and/or its professionals on the premises at 1160 Kirkwood-Gibbsboro Road and designated as Block 193, Lot 13.
