On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the Fayetteville Zoning Commission will consider the following items. The hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Lafayette Room at City Hall, 433 Hay Street.
EVIDENTIARY HEARINGS:
A25-47. Variance to reduce the rear yard setback, located at 5490 Ivyridge Ct (REID #0407932810000), and being the property of Dark Horse Investments LLC, represented by Alfonzo Whittington.
A25-48. Variance to allow additional wall-mounted signage beyond the one-sign-per-tenant standard, located at 2804 Freedom Parkway Drive, (REID #0407953828000), CC/CZ. Request by Parish Sign & Service, Inc. (rep. Lyndon Saylor) for Bath & Body Works #5012.
LEGISLATIVE HEARING:
P25-46. Rezoning of a property currently zoned as Community Commercial (CC) and Light Industrial (LI) to Light Industrial/Conditional (LI/CZ), addressed as 5236 Murchison Road (REID #0429159291000) totaling 2.36 acres ± and being the property of Everhart, LLC.
Possible Adjustments. The most recent information about the meeting and any access changes will be posted at the City Hall, added to the city website COVID-19 updates, and available by calling the Planning Division at 910-433-1612. Any adjustments will be in response to options available due to COVID-19 restriction changes.
