On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, the Fayetteville Zoning Commission will hold a special meeting to consider the following items. The hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Lafayette Room at City Hall, 433 Hay Street.
EVIDENTIARY HEARINGS:
A25-49. Variance (UDO §30-3.D.3) to reduce the required 35-ft. rear yard setback by 16.12 ft. (to 18.88 ft.) for a garage addition at 304 White Oak Court. (REID #0427173607000), Fayetteville; owners: Kenneth B. Lewis, Jr. & Molly E. Lewis; agent: Michael Adams (MAPS Surveying, Inc.).
A25-50. Variance (UDO §30-7.D.2) to reduce required setbacks on the corner lot at 1001 Branson Street. LEGISLATIVE HEARINGS:
P25-51. A request to conditionally rezone 5 parcels on Hillsboro Street (REID #'s 0437488315000, 0437488518000, 0437488512000, 0437488423000, 0437488219000), consisting of 1.58 acres and owned by Fayetteville Area Operation Inasmuch, from Mixed Residential 5 (MR-5) to Mixed Residential Conditional Zoning (MR-5/CZ).

P25-53. A request to rezone Unaddressed property at the intersection of Gardner and Hulon Street. (REID #0428397224000), consisting of 1.4 acres and owned by Crystal Point Investment Solutions LLC, from Single-Family Residential 6 (SF-6) to Mixed Residential 5 (MR-5).
P25-54. A request to rezone property at 2002 Hope Mills Road (REID #0416122757000), consisting of 0.24 acres and owned by Isauro Ramirez and Migdal Perez Sanchez, from Single-Family Residential 10 (SF-10) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC).

Any adjustments will be in response to options available due to COVID-19 restriction changes.
