NOTICE OF HYBRID HEARING ON APPLICATION
Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code of the Township of Washington and the provisions of N.J. S. A. 40:55D-12, notice is hereby given that Klaus Brinkrode and Dawn Calamari-Brinkrode, owners and applicants of the property commonly known as 112 President Road, also known as Lot 8 in Block 4501.03 on the tax assessment map of the Township of Washington, has filed an application with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Washington seeking variances from the following provisions of the ZoningOrdinance:
Section 580-35: Per Schedule A, Area and Bulk Regulations
Minimum Front Yard Setback: 50.00' is required. 50.3' is existing. 36.83' is proposed.
Section 580-37: Per Schedule A, Area and Bulk Regulations
Side Yard Setback: 15.00' is required. 20.5' is existing. 12.5' is proposed.
The Applicant shall also seek such other variances and/or waivers of design standards as required by the Township of Washington, its engaged consultants and applicable ordinances of the Township of Washington.
