Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process: Public Participation CitySwitch proposes the construction of a monopole style telecommunications tower within a 65' x 65' lease area at 4690 Nicolet Dr., Green Bay, Brown County, WI. The height of the tower will be 39.6-meters above ground level (130-feet above ground level) and 40.8-meters above ground level including appurtenances (134-feet above ground level with appurtenances). Proposed project will include ground disturbance.
