Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process: Public Participation Harmoni Towers proposes the construction of a self-support style telecommunications tower within a 100' x 100' lease area at 8321 Clinton Rd., Stedman, Cumberland County, NC. The height of the tower will be 89.9-meters above ground level (295-feet above ground level) and 91.1-meters above ground level including appurtenances (299-feet above ground level with appurtenances). Proposed project will include ground disturbance.
