Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process: Public Participation Valore, LLC proposes the construction of a monopole style telecommunications tower within a 2,500 square foot lease area at 110 Magnolia Rd., Pemberton, Burlington County, NJ. The height of the tower will be 45.7-meters above ground level (150-feet above ground level) and 47.2-meters above ground level including appurtenances (155-feet above ground level with appurtenances). Proposed project will include ground disturbance.
