Notice of Intent (NOI) INDOT Des No. 2002978 Bridge Replacement on Baby Creek Road over Brummett's Creek Monroe County, Indiana The Monroe County Highway Department (5900 W Foster Curry Dr., Bloomington, IN 47403) is submitting a Notice of Intent to IDEM of their intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Bridge Replacement on Baby Creek Road over Brummett's Creek project in Monroe County, Indiana (DES No. 2002978). Run-off from the project site will discharge to Brummett's Creek, Baby Creek, and an unnamed tributary to Brummett's Creek.
