Notice of Intent to Award Contract THE BORDENTOWN SEWERAGE AUTHORITY (BSA) intends to award a contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Envirosight Sewer Inspection and Maintenance Equipment, Sourcewell Contract #080525-EVS. Information regarding the contract may be found at the BSA office, 954 Farnsworth Avenue, Bordentown NJ 08505 during regular business hours and on Sourcewell's website under Contract #080525-EVS; https://sourcewell-mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/080525-EVS. The Sourcewell contract term for Contract #080525-EVS is from 3/4/2026 – 3/4/2030. It is the intent of the Executive Director to recommend the BSA make a contract award with Jet Vac Equipment, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to Sourcewell's Request for Proposals. The BSA is permitted to participate in a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreements pursuant to N.J. S. A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3). Comment period ends May 12, 2026.
