Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement The Board of Education of the Ocean County Vocational Technical Schools intends to participate in the OMNIA Partners, under Lead Agency Prince William County Public Schools, contract #R-TC-17006 for Online Marketplace for the Purchase of Products and Services. Information regarding the contract may be found at the Board Office, 137 Bey Lea Road, Toms River, NJ 08753 during regular business hours, as well as on the OMNIA Partners website at: https://www.omniapartners.com/suppliers/amazon-business/public-sector/contract-documents#contract-12. It is the intent of the Board of Education to make a contract award to Amazon Services, LLC/Amazon Business pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Request for Proposal. The Board of Education of the Ocean County Vocational Technical Schools anticipates joining the OMNIA Partners contract on June 18, 2026. The contract term for Online Marketplace for the Purchase of Products and Services is January 19, 2017 RENEWED through January 18, 2028. This includes the future optional (2) two-year awarded extensions by OMNIA. The Board of Education of the Ocean County Vocational Technical Schools is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
