Notice of Kitsap County Planning Commission Regular Meeting and Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kitsap County Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting and Public Hearing, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. This public hearing will be conducted in a hybrid format. Planning Commissioners and staff may participate in the meeting in person, or remotely on the following: PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER: The public hearing will consider testimony on proposed new code and code amendments in KCC Titles 16, 17, and 21, regarding the regulation of Boundary Line Adjustments (BLA). The County proposes to adopt these code measures to provide definitions, review standards and process steps, and permit application requirements for BLA review and approval. The scope of this action will be countywide.
