Notice of Meeting and Intent to Adopt Ordinance Doña Ana County, New Mexico Notice of Meeting and Intent to Adopt Ordinance Doña Ana County, New Mexico, hereby gives notice of a regular Board of County Commissioners meeting for Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., at the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, New Mexico. At such meeting the Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing concerning and will consider for adoption the Ordinance described below. Complete copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for public inspection during the normal and regular business hours of the County Clerk, Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, New Mexico. The title of the Ordinance (subject to revision) is: COUNTY OF DOÑA ANA STATE OF NEW MEXICO AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF DOÑA ANA COUNTY, NEW MEXICO GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 2026, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES IN A COLLECTIVE PAR AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $10,000,000, AUTHORIZED AT AN ELECTION OF THE COUNTY HELD ON NOVEMBER 4, 2025, FOR THE PURPOSE TO PLAN, DESIGN, ACQUIRE, CONSTRUCT, AND EQUIP RECREATIONAL CENTERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FAIRGROUNDS AND AMPHITHEATER; PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF AD VALOREM TAXES FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE SERIES 2026 BONDS; APPROVING THE DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY TO MAKE CERTAIN DETERMINATIONS REGARDING THE SALE OF THE SERIES 2026 BONDS PURSUANT TO THE SUPPLEMENTAL PUBLIC SECURITIES ACT; PROVIDING FOR THE FORMS, TERMS, PURCHASE, PAYMENT, EXECUTION AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF AND CONCERNING THE SERIES 2026 BONDS; PRESCRIBING OTHER DETAILS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERIES 2026 BONDS AND THE PAYMENT THEREOF; AND RATIFYING PRIOR ACTION TAKEN IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
