Notice of Meetings 2026 Please take notice that the meetings of the Nyack Joint Fire District, in the County of Rockland, New York, will be held at 13-15 Park Street, Nyack, New York 10960. The meetings will be held on the following dates: Thursday, February 5, 2026 Thursday, March 5, 2026 Thursday, April 9, 2026 Thursday, May 7, 2026 Thursday, June 11, 2026 Thursday, July 9, 2026 Thursday, August 6, 2026 Thursday, September 3, 2026 Wednesday, October 15, 2026 (Budget Public Hearing and Regular Meeting) Thursday, November 5, 2026 Thursday, December 3, 2026 Tuesday, December 8, 2026 (Commissioner Election) Thursday, January 7, 2027 (Re-Organizational Meeting, 6:15pm & Regular Meeting, 6:30pm) Unless otherwise noted, all meetings will commence at 6:30 p.m. at 13-15 Park Street, Nyack, New York 10960. Please take further notice that the 2026 Budget Public Hearing for the Fire District is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15, 2026, at 6:00 pm. The Budget Public Hearing will be held prior to the start of the regular monthly meeting for October 15, 2026. Please take further notice that the 2026 Election of Commissioners of the Fire District is scheduled for Tuesday, December 8, 2026. Voting will take place at 13-15 Park Street, Nyack, New York 10960 between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Please take further notice the 2027 Organizational Meeting of the Fire District is scheduled for January 7, 2027 at 13-15 Park Street, Nyack, NY 10960 at 6:15 p.m. The organization meeting will commence prior to the regular monthly meeting for January 2027. This notification is being given to the news media pursuant to the provisions of Public Officers Law § 104. All meetings are open to the public. The Fire District expressly reserves the right to limit public input.
