Jahn, P.A., representing Diamond Communications, LLC ("Diamond") on: Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 6:00 pm being held at the Hunters Ridge Golf and Country Club, 12500 Hunters Ridge Blvd., Bonita Springs, FL 34135. Please use the entrance to Hunters Ridge off of Hunters Ridge Blvd. The entrance off of Bonita Grande is for residents only. Subject Property: 12760 Fox Ridge Dr., Bonita Springs, FL 34135 – Strap 06-48-26-B3-0010G.10CE – Project # PD25-124697-BOS The property owner and Diamond are petitioning (PD25-124697-BOS) the City of Bonita Springs to grant a Planned Development Amendment approval to allow for the construction of a 149' AGL Monopine camouflage style wireless facility and support facility compound. The subject property is 2.66 acres, part of the Hunter's Ridge PD that is programmed as a support area for the golf course, on the West side of Bonita Grande Blvd., about 2100' South of Worthington Way.
