Notice is hereby given that Airbud Investments, LLC, Petitioner, has made application to the above Court for Partition by Private Sale of the following described immovable property, to wit:
FROM THE INSTERSECTION OF THE SOUTHWESTERLY RIGHT-OF WAY OF THE KANSAS CITY SOUTHERN RAILROAD WITH THE TRAVERSE LINE OF CROSS LAKE IN THE WEST ONE-HALF OF THE NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (W/2 OF NW/4) OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST, RUN NORTH 46 ° 11' WEST ALONG SAID RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 400 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 46 ° 11' WEST ALONG SAID RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION, THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION TO THE TRAVERSE LINE OF CROSS LAKE, THENCE NORTH 32 ° EAST ALONG SAME 24 FEET, THENCE NORTHEASTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE 1380 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING SHOWN ON THE ASSESSOR'S COUNTRY PLAT 1172 AS TRACT NO. 44, CONTAINING 7.42 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON
The proposed private sale will be made to Airbud Investments, LLC for the sum of $30,000.00, less reimbursement costs, cash, subject to the approval of the Court.
Any person opposing the proposed private sale must file their opposition with the Clerk of Court for Caddo Parish, Louisiana within seven (7) days of the date on which the last notice is published.
