Notice of Permit Application Town: Bozrah, Connecticut Notice is hereby given that The Gilman Brothers Company (the applicant) of Gilman Road in Gilman, Connecticut will submit to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection an application for a permit for a Title V source under section 22a-174 of the Connecticut General Statutes, and section 22a-174-33 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies which are regulated under the Federal Clean Air Act. Specifically, the applicant proposes to renew the existing Gilman Brothers Company Title V Air Operating Permit (Permit No. 013-0005-TV), which is required every five years. The proposed activity will take place at Gilman Road, Gilman, Connecticut. The proposed activity potentially will affect air resources.
