Notice of Permit Application - Town of Killingly Notice is hereby given that Sterling Concrete, Corp. (the "applicant") of 42 Junior Avenue, Danielson, has submitted to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection an application under Connecticut General Statutes Section 22a-174 for a permit to construct, install, enlarge, or establish an air contaminant source and to operate such air contaminant source regulated under the federal Clean Air Act. Specifically, the applicant proposes to authorize its existing concrete batch plant. The proposed activity will take place at 42 Junior Avenue, Danielson, CT 06239. The proposed activity will potentially affect air resources.
