Notice of Permit Application Town(s): Killingly Notice is hereby given that Ryan Companies US, Inc. (the "applicant") of 553 South Third Street, Suite 100, Minneapolis, MN will submit to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection an application under section 22a-430 of the Connecticut General Statutes for a permit to initiate, create, originate or maintain a discharge of water, substance or material to the waters of the state. Specifically, the applicant proposes to construct a new subsurface sewage system, including a pretreatment system and leaching area, in support of a proposed warehouse and distribution building. The proposed activity will take place at 228 Westcott Road, Killingly, CT. The proposed activity will potentially affect: groundwater.
