Notice of Permit Application for an Underground Injection Control Permit Charles R. McCollom III etal #1 Class II Injection Notice is hereby given that in April 2026 Brookston Resources, Inc., 4700 Roslin Road Newburgh, IN 47630, has filed an application with the Kentucky Division of Oil and Gas for a permit to convert the Charles R. McCollom III etal #1 to Class II water injection well. The Carter Coordinate legal description of the proposed well is: 2973' FSL and 70' FWL in Section 11 Letter P Number 22 Henderson KY. Once final permit is issued, conversion will be completed according to parameters of permit. The well will be MIT'ed and injection will commence upon receipt of authorization. Injection shall be confined to the McClosky A (Aux Vases) formation from 2,562-2,567'. The maximum injection pressure will be 1200 psi at a maximum rate of 2000 barrels per day based on the well stimulation results of correlative offset Aux Vases zones. "A person who wishes to object to the issuance of the permit may within 30 days of the publication of the notification submit written comments or request a hearing."
