NOTICE OF PETITION FOR ISSUANCE OF TAX DEED
Pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code § 6-1.1-25-4.6, as the owner of the real
property described below or a person with a substantial property interest of public record in the
real property described below, you are hereby notified of the following:
The below described property was sold by the Treasurer of St. Joseph County, Indiana,
on August 23, 2024. The time period for redemption has expired. The tracts or real property
were not redeemed from the tax sale before the expiration of the period of redemption. Sandra
Guidry, by counsel, MacKenzie J. Breitenstein, has filed a Verified Petition for Issuance of Tax
Deed to request that the Court issue an order directing the Auditor of St. Joseph County, Indiana,
to issue a Tax Deed in the St. Joseph County Circuit Court under the Cause Number listed above,
for the following described real property located in St. Joseph County, Indiana, to-wit:

Property legal description: Lot Numbered Eighty-one (81) as shown on the recorded Plat of
Orchard Heights Second Addition to the City of South Bend.
Any person owning or having an interest in the tract or real property may file a written
objection to the petition with the court not later than thirty (30) days after the date the petition is
filed. If a written petition is timely filed, the court shall conduct a hearing on the objection.
