NOTICE BY PUBLICATION OF PETITION TO QUIET TITLE
To: Harriett Washington, her heirs, executors, administrators, beneficiaries, and assigns, and All the World, any tenants or occupants of the property and all other persons known and unknown, to whom it may concern.
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the within-described property against all the world and to bar the right of redemption was filed on the 23rd day of October 2023, in the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, concerning land known and described as follows:
ALL those certain lots, tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the City of Savannah, County of Chatham and State of Georgia and designated upon a map of Jasper Springs Subdivision made by M. F. Smith, C. E., revised December 1939, which is recorded in Chatham County Records its Subdivision Map Book "A", Page 57, as LOTS FIVE-A (5-A) AND SIX-A (6-A) BLOCK N, JASPER SPRINGS SUBDIVISION, BURNEY WARD, said lots having a combined frontage on the Northern side of Cullman Street (formerly Spring Street) of Sixty Three and Ninety Two Hundredths (63.92) feet with a depth Northwardly on its Western boundary of Seventy and Ninety Four Hundredths (70.94) feet, a depth on its Eastern boundary of Ninety Two and Four Tenths (92.4) feet and being bounded as follows: On NORTH by Lots Six-B (6-B) and Five-B (5-B), said Block, Subdivision and Ward, on the EAST by Lot Four-A (4-A), said Block, Subdivision and Ward; on the SOUTH by Cullman Street (formerly Spring Street); and on the WEST by Lot Seven-A (7-A), said Block, Subdivision and Ward. Reference being hereby made to said map for better determining the metes, bounds and dimensions of said property.
LESS and EXCEPT all that certain portion of the property described above conveyed to Chatham County, Georgia by that certain instrument recorded in Deed Book 99-F, Page 875, Chatham County records.
Said property having an address of 2208 Cullman Street, Savannah, GA 31415, and a property tax number of 2-0026-12-009.
By reason of service by publication, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at said court within 30 days of the date of the last publication to answer said petition and file same, along with any objections to the Petition, defenses or other appearances, with the Clerk of said Court and serve a copy upon Bates Lovett, Esq., 237 Commodore Drive, Savannah, Georgia 31410.
