Notice of Postponement of Foreclosure Sale
Pursuant to the Notice of Substitute Trustee's Sale previously published in the Tennessean and on ForeclosuresTennessee.com, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference, be advised that the Substitute Trustee's Foreclosure Sale to be held by James W. Cobb, Esq., as Substitute Trustee on behalf of Jon Runion ("Lender"), pursuant to a certain Deed of Trust dated as of June 11, 2024, executed by Darnell Gooch, an individual ("Debtor"), to Steven Disser, Esq., as trustee, for the benefit of Jon Runion, and recorded in the official records of Davidson County, Tennessee ("the official records") as Document # 20240620-0046303 ("the "Deed of Trust"), and,
WHEREAS, James W. Cobb, Esq. was appointed Substitute Trustee under the terms of the Appointment of Substitute Trustee executed by Lender on March 2, 2026, and recorded on March 3, 2026, in Instrument Number 20260303-0016857 in the Register's Office, with all the rights, power, and privileges of the original trustee named in the Deed of Trust.
WHEREAS, a Notice of Substitute Trustee's Sale was executed on March 25, 2026 and published in the Nashville Tennessean and on foreclosurestennessee.com providing proper notice of the sale of real property, (4998 Tranham Road, Whites Creek, TN 37189), pursuant to the Deed of Trust described herein, to occur on April 29, 2026 at 10:00am at the Davidson County Courthouse located at 1 Public Square in Nashville, Tennessee.
NOW THEREFORE, the Substitute Trustee's Sale previously scheduled to take place on Friday, April 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time at the entrance to the Davidson County Courthouse located at 1 Public Square in Nashville, Tennessee, has been postponed to Friday, May 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time at the entrance to the Davidson County Courthouse located at 1 Public Square in Nashville, Tennessee.
