WHEREAS, a Notice of Substitute Trustee's Sale was executed on March 25, 2026 and published in the Nashville Tennessean and on foreclosurestennessee.com providing proper notice of the sale of real property, (4998 Tranham Road, Whites Creek, TN 37189), pursuant to the Deed of Trust described herein, to occur on April 29, 2026 at 10:00am at the Davidson County Courthouse located at 1 Public Square in Nashville, Tennessee. NOW THEREFORE, the Substitute Trustee's Sale previously scheduled to take place on Friday, April 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time at the entrance to the Davidson County Courthouse located at 1 Public Square in Nashville, Tennessee, has been postponed to Friday, May 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time at the entrance to the Davidson County Courthouse located at 1 Public Square in Nashville, Tennessee.
