Notice of Proposed Bank Merger Transaction Notice is hereby given that Wayne Bank, 717 Main Street, Honesdale, PA 18431, has filed an Interagency Bank Merger Act Application with the New York Regional Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for its written consent to merge with Presence Bank, 185 E. Lincoln Highway, Coatesville, PA 19320, with Wayne Bank as the surviving institution. It is contemplated that following the merger all offices of Wayne Bank and Presence Bank will continue to be operated under the name Wayne Bank. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its New York Regional Office, 350 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1200, New York, NY 10118-0110, not later than October 4, 2025. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the New York Regional Office of the FDIC and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
