Notice of Public Hearing Before the Mount Holly City Council & Planning Commission The City of Mount Holly City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 8th, 2026 at 7:00 PM at City Hall, located at 400 East Central Avenue, in the first-floor City Council Chambers. This public hearing will be to consider a rezoning application, submitted by Cynthia Woolbright and Michael Hehir, for the rezoning of a 2.0045-acre tract of land, located at 303 Ferstl Avenue Tax Parcel ID # 184436, from R-12 (Single Family) to B-3 (General Business). In addition, the Mount Holly Planning Commission will hold a separate public hearing at their meeting on Monday June 1st, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the first-floor City Council Chambers in City Hall to review, consider, and provide recommendations to the City Council, regarding the above-mentioned rezoning application. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearings, where an opportunity to speak on these matters will be given.
